Eugeniusz Sochacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Walkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Wit Bronkala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Orling in the 16th minute of play. U21 Poland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfred Sobania was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A collision led to JUNICO Ełk getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Patryk Lichucki hit a great ball. The JUNICO Ełk supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing JUNICO Ełk would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
