After 4 minutes of play, PREZULO FC's Betão de Brito made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ingvar Nykvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 7th minute Turgut Soyuer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Nykvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingvar Nykvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 10th minute. A collision led to PREZULO FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Albano Jaunzuria hit a great ball. In the 16th minute of the match Björn Kamp shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isaac Ferreira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ingvar Nykvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão de Brito in the 18th minute of the match. Ingvar Nykvist was a little too slow when Ferhat Sertuğ got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-0. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ronaldão Mendonça was substituted for Gustav Kock. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ingvar Nykvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão de Brito in the 26th minute of play. Ingvar Nykvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celsinho Perez in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmondo Del Monte in the 35th minute of play forced PREZULO FC's goalkeeper Isaac Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ingvar Nykvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 37th minute of play. Isaac Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmondo Del Monte in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Santiago Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When ΠΑΟΚ FC's Santiago Silva in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PREZULO FC's goalie prevented a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Turgut Soyuer to make the kick off. Isaac Ferreira came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by ΠΑΟΚ FC's Santiago Silva. But to his dismay, Santiago Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 54th minute of play forced ΠΑΟΚ FC's goalkeeper Ingvar Nykvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Edmondo Del Monte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmondo Del Monte in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes PREZULO FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Björn Kamp who took care of the corner kick. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Björn Kamp was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isaac Ferreira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Betão de Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Isaac Ferreira made a huge save. PREZULO FC's Isaac Ferreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save PREZULO FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 66 minutes, Betão de Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PREZULO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Betão de Brito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Sotiris Zacharakis replaced Edmondo Del Monte. ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Baldovino Argos replaced Thanasis Kanavos. In the 69th minute Celsinho Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Nykvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Turgut Soyuer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sotiris Zacharakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Samuel Jobo in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ΠΑΟΚ FC's Santiago Gentiletti. If Mari Balotelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 87 minutes into the match, ΠΑΟΚ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mari Balotelli came free, but Ingvar Nykvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Betão de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Nykvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mari Balotelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ingvar Nykvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mari Balotelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PREZULO FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ΠΑΟΚ FC for a fine match.
