An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Sein in the 30th minute of play forced Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Arnulfo Nataniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinho Montenegro's late challenge caught a Cachiyuyo EAS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudinho Montenegro helped the player get up and apologised. Claudinho Montenegro hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Ismael Negri made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Maximino Mateo sent off a good shot on target. After the first half MAZER SAF were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evaristo Castro to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Sergio Derwin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ismael Negri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ismael Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Porfirio in the 86th minute of play. Arnulfo Nataniel was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Yuri Alberto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yuri Alberto really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. A collision led to Cachiyuyo EAS getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Maximino Mateo hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, MAZER SAF's Evaristo Castro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6.
