Tiaguinho Sergipano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilton Fontes in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Bem Bolado's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Sergipano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henry Costa. When Atalay Turkay came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Capibaribe Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atalay Turkay couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the game, Henry Costa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tiaguinho Sergipano. Henry Costa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Robinho Urbano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tiaguinho Sergipano, 2-0. Henry Costa in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tiaguinho Sergipano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Henry Costa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Tiaguinho Sergipano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bem Bolado's Tiaguinho Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atalay Turkay in the 30th minute of play. Tiaguinho Sergipano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Costa in the 32nd minute. Tiaguinho Sergipano made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Henry Costa sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Capibaribe Stars's Atalay Turkay slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tiaguinho Sergipano. That made the score 3-0 after 37 minutes of play. With a little luck, Bem Bolado's Tiaguinho Sergipano got control of the ball when Atalay Turkay tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 40 played minutes Bem Bolado got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo de Senna. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Magno das Neves made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Thomás Toscano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ernani Barral hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute of the match Wilton Fontes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiaguinho Sergipano skillfully saved the ball. Cláudio Donatello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Thomás Toscano made a huge save. 60 minutes into the game, Capibaribe Stars's Henry Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiaguinho Sergipano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 66th minute Henry Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Bem Bolado's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Costa came free, but Tiaguinho Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Hicham Al Azka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiaguinho Sergipano. Bem Bolado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hicham Al Azka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Wilson Lima made in the 73rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bernardo de Senna immediately put the ball in play. Bernardo de Senna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Thomás Toscano made a huge save. Bem Bolado's Tiaguinho Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hicham Al Azka in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Daniel Sousa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiaguinho Sergipano was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 83 minutes into the game, Henry Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Tiaguinho Sergipano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiaguinho Sergipano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hicham Al Azka in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bem Bolado's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wilton Fontes was slow to take the kick. During this time Capibaribe Stars's players had a chance to rest. Bem Bolado's Tiaguinho Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hicham Al Azka in the 90th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Daniel Sousa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Tiaguinho Sergipano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Capibaribe Stars's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
