Nestor Salvino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michael Dusett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. After having played for 5 minutes, Nestor Salvino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA SCALONETA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Salvino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute, Santo Beturian made a precise shot to the right of Michael Dusett. BK Ljungsbro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Nestor Salvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute Nestor Salvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Dusett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åke Bock's late challenge caught a LA SCALONETA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of LA SCALONETA FC booed when BK Ljungsbro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helge Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes BK Ljungsbro got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Malmgren. The BK Ljungsbro players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charles Ivarsson made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Helge Nilsson during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santo Beturian showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After a rather tough play, BK Ljungsbro's Ulf Alfors got a free kick in the 81st minute. Eustaquio Oso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
