In the 12th minute, Banovci Polet's Leon Čorković ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marko Stålman. Marko Stålman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 14th minute Joacim Forsell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borko Šterger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Čorković got free with Marko Stålman in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute Banovci Polet were awarded a corner. Romeo Pugelnik went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, BK Ljungsbro's Åke Bock got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 20 played minutes BK Ljungsbro got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Vestberg. In the 21st minute, Nebojša Maljković got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Pugelnik in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marko Stålman saved BK Ljungsbro from getting behind. After 24 played minutes Banovci Polet got a freekick which was hit by Zvonko Šubat. After a rather tough play, Banovci Polet's Gradimir Gromača got a free kick in the 25th minute. Bo Österlund struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Borko Šterger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Ljungsbro. Banovci Polet's Borko Šterger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joacim Forsell in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Romeo Pugelnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Stålman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, BK Ljungsbro's Leonardo Vestberg got a free kick in the 32nd minute. BK Ljungsbro made a substitution. Lennart Eskilsson replaced Leonardo Vestberg. Leon Čorković sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the game, Joacim Forsell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Borko Šterger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

51 minutes into the match, Banovci Polet's goal looked a bit too open when Joacim Forsell came free, but Borko Šterger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Åke Bock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Borko Šterger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of BK Ljungsbro booed when Banovci Polet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nebojša Maljković didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th match minute, Banovci Polet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zvonko Šubat to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Pugelnik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nebojša Maljković succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. In the 77th minute, BK Ljungsbro's Joacim Forsell dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. In the 79th match minute, BK Ljungsbro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Österlund to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, BK Ljungsbro's Joacim Forsell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Borko Šterger. Borko Šterger yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Banovci Polet's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Åke Bock 85 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-4. After 88 played minutes BK Ljungsbro got a freekick which was hit by Åke Bock. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeo Pugelnik during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
