Ahmet İlke Ertüze might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pompiliu Zmărăndescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet İlke Ertüze ran back to his position shaking his head. After 43 played minutes FC Brink got a freekick which was hit by Iulian Udrescu. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet İlke Ertüze went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sorin Bârlă in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pompiliu Zmărăndescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sorin Bârlă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jerry Priest during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Brink getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Jerry Priest hit a great ball. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sorin Bârlă in the 98th minute of play.
