When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Tord Söderqvist sped through AC Milan FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edgardo Idacio. Edgardo Idacio was a little too slow when Tord Söderqvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 6-0. S.C. Ferrari's Gergely Bollobás was substituted for Tord Söderqvist. If Sandrinho Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Gergely Bollobás made a precise shot to the right of Edgardo Idacio. AC Milan FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gergely Bollobás was the one to do the kick off.
