Charly Alberti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Falcão Cunha when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 20th minute of the match, Mazuste Flores got a very nice opportunity to score, but Falcão Cunha was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 24th minute Augusto Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonz Kállai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grandi Lupi's Alfonz Kállai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jago Štriker in the 31st minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Grandi Lupi's goal looked a bit too open when Jago Štriker came free, but Alfonz Kállai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Gracie Barra booed when Grandi Lupi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergiu Bejenaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 played minutes Gracie Barra got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Saldanha.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo de Queirós got free with Alfonz Kállai in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A well placed Ke Feng Zhen short distance shot in the 86th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Gracie Barra's Falcão Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koppány Benczur in the 89th minute of play.
