The audience was convinced that Alfredo Toschi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francisco Barrionuevo was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Francisco Barrionuevo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Toschi in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Feliz in the 32nd minute of play forced ALASKU TSG's goalkeeper Francisco Barrionuevo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee gave ALASKU TSG a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Akif Akın, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CA Boca Jrs's Adriano Alfieri. 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Toschi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. CA Boca Jrs's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 72 minutes into the match, ALASKU TSG's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Toschi came free, but Francisco Barrionuevo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Nunez Feliz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Niva Espellosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adriano Alfieri having to make a save. Francisco Barrionuevo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anoush Rott in the 98th minute of play.
