In the 44th minute, Caetano Weinhardt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felice Frezza made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Hammer Zdanów's Marian Eniceicu. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Vettori was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Enzo Giannantonio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Milosz Ciempa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Caetano Weinhardts short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Radowit Ptaszek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Milosz Ciempa came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Cesate's Angelo Vettori. But to his dismay, Angelo Vettori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 66th minute, Enzo Giannantonio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesate's Kay Stormlund was substituted for Enzo Giannantonio. A collision led to Cesate getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Enzo Giannantonio hit a great ball. In the 75th minute Kay Stormlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milosz Ciempa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Baldemar Losantos came free, but Radowit Ptaszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Hammer Zdanów's Baldemar Losantos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Milosz Ciempa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Vettori, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cesate's zone, Baldemar Losantos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radowit Ptaszek came out of the goal and Baldemar Losantos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Attilio Mazzone in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hammer Zdanów's Wieslaw Haszczak. Hammer Zdanów's Milosz Ciempa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Vettori in the 90th minute of play. If Caetano Weinhardt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cesate fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hammer Zdanów had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
