An unexpectedly hard shot by Cheng Ling Yang in the 13th minute of play forced ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s goalkeeper Videl Mauriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Videl Mauriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhivko Húntev in the 15th minute of the match. Zhivko Húntev scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Videl Mauriz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute Ilgaz Aydoğan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Videl Mauriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pero Falla in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldinho Moreno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st match minute, ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Alborza to maneuver through the defense. Videl Mauriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilgaz Aydoğan in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute of the match Facopo FBPA got a corner. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cheng Ling Yang ran over to the corner to take the kick. Aurelio Lara thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Videl Mauriz, a very annoying self made goal in the 44th minute which led to 1-2. After the first half Facopo FBPA were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zhivko Húntev who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Videl Mauriz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Videl Mauriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilgaz Aydoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Facopo FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Jedrzej Kloczko came free, but Osvaldinho Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
