In the 16th minute Wiliam Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnviður Halsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Skapti Ómarsson in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Diamante Negro DK - VV's Willian Félix. In the 19thth minute of the game Wiliam Perez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maurarnir's Arnviður Halsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hugo Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnviður Halsson having to interfere. Wiliam Perez might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnviður Halsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wiliam Perez ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnviður Halsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiliam Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 25 played minutes Maurarnir got a freekick which was hit by Skapti Ómarsson. Arnviður Halsson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Diamante Negro DK - VV's Wiliam Perez shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Óliver Ingimundarson made a kick off. If Bonifaco Elenes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wiliam Perez in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnviður Halsson saved Maurarnir from getting behind. In the 66th minute of the game Skapti Ómarsson made a throw-in which Hólmkell Ingmarsson played forward. The audience was convinced that Wiliam Perez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnviður Halsson was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Bonifaco Elenes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Maurarnir booed when Diamante Negro DK - VV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifaco Elenes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Villarreal Ubach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diamante Negro DK - VV's supporters rose to their feet, but Villarreal Ubach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnviður Halsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Maurarnir defense, Villarreal Ubach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnviður Halsson. The Maurarnir fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnviður Halsson should have stopped the shot. Diamante Negro DK - VV walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
