Jordan Wainwright was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Ritchie Dalton capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ritchie Dalton really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Yateley United's goal looked a bit too open when Rory Henman came free, but Reggie Worth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Paul Walters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reggie Worth having to interfere. Jeff Hall hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Kirk Gobey struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jordan Wainwright didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yateley United. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mark Schofield during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes Ebytech Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Mark Schofield. Jordan Wainwright made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ritchie Dalton in the 29th minute of play. Yateley United's Reggie Worth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ross Busby in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the Ebytech Eagles defense, Daniel Friebe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jordan Wainwright. The Ebytech Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jordan Wainwright should have stopped the shot. Reggie Worth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rory Henman's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After 43 minutes, Ross Busby made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Yateley United's Reggie Worth tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Rory Henman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reggie Worth was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

In the 52nd minute of the match Ebytech Eagles got a corner. Yateley United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mark Schofield ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Mark Schofield got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Reggie Worth quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jordan Wainwright made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ritchie Dalton in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Ritchie Dalton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jordan Wainwright saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jay Noble during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Yateley United getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jay Noble hit a great ball. When Des Hopker fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yateley United's protests and gave Des Hopker a yellow card for diving instead. 62 minutes into the game, one of Yateley United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Yateley United:s Reggie Worth showed great skill when he stopped Ross Busby:s penalty. Reggie Worth made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Paul Walters in the 67th minute. In the 71st match minute, Yateley United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glyn Downton to maneuver through the defense. Ebytech Eagles's Mark Schofield got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Kirk Gobey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jordan Wainwright was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Daniel Friebe charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Friebe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
