Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Brazil's Benjamin da Fonseca started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Zé Augusto Seco threw the ball into play from the sideline. But to his dismay, Benjamin da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Lothar Matthäus kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute of the match Rubens da Silveira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isaac Ferreira skillfully saved the ball. Davi Goiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin da Fonseca in the 10th minute of the match. The coaching staff of Curipi SS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ahmet Refik Melik had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Curipi SS! Benjamin da Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vladimir Sarmento during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michel Lukaku was the one to do the kick off. Davi Goiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 67th minute, Herman Hall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurinho Mendonça might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Davi Goiano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maurinho Mendonça ran back to his position shaking his head. When Zé Augusto Seco fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curipi SS's protests and gave Zé Augusto Seco a yellow card for diving instead. 71 minutes into the match, Maurinho Mendonça had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Davi Goiano. Curipi SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurinho Mendonça was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. A throw-in in the 74th minute of the game was made by Zé Augusto Seco with Michel Lukaku as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The audience was convinced that Maurinho Mendonça's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Davi Goiano was relentless in the 76th minute of the game.
