Ejder Baba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nerio Etxeberria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Macabeo Sampil hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, FCFiratRom's goal looked a bit too open when Nerio Etxeberria came free, but Ejder Baba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FCFiratRom booed when Rayo Bengala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julen Castellano didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Macabeo Sampil made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes in the game Nemesio Dobale did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Nerio Etxeberria. After 56 minutes, Nerio Etxeberria made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. FCFiratRom's Ejder Baba tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Policarpio Lama hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omero Cobain in the 59th minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match, Jan-Olof Svartengren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Artur Boruc was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ejder Baba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Macabeo Sampil went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Rayo Bengala's Sergio Eli got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Sergio Eli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Rayo Bengala's zone, Nino Marcelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Boruc came out of the goal and Nino Marcelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rayo Bengala's Muntis Stiebriņsons was substituted for Macabeo Sampil. Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oso Bucuk in the 81st minute of the match. FCFiratRom's Oso Bucuk managed to work through Rayo Bengala's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ejder Baba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Rayo Bengala players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
