The corner ended in Primitivo Rocendo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Enhebrator FC's Bonifacio Baumer did a great save. When Morgan Karlberg fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Enhebrator FC's protests and gave Morgan Karlberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Enhebrator FC's Morgan Karlberg got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 15th minute of play forced Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camilo Salvidor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godofredo Tiadoro in the 46th minute. Pedro Beltza hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Godofredo Tiadoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Camilo Salvidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 minutes of play, Enhebrator FC's Carlos Calvet made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Salvidor was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 80 minutes Menchu FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dries van Veldhuizen who took care of the corner kick. Bonifacio Baumer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Firmo in the 82nd minute of the match. Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Calvet in the 89th minute of play. The Enhebrator FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Menchu FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
