FC Grivata were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Los Hornos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kristian Brolin took the corner. FC Grivata's Kristian Brolin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Silas de Andrade in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 16th minute Oodo Rosin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Sørensen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Dino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silas de Andrade having to interfere. Thomas Sørensen made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Dário Prada sent off a good shot on target. Silas de Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Dino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Dino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oodo Rosin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Sørensen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Thomas Sørensen made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Dário Prada sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's goal looked a bit too open when Slavey Kozovski came free, but Silas de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eero Grönholm to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, FC Grivata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tzanko Chorbev to maneuver through the defense. 52 minutes into the game, one of FC Grivata:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eero Grönholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Silas de Andrade made a huge save. Eero Grönholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Silas de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 76 minutes on the clock, Arhangel Vergov commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of FC Grivata:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Hornos:s goal. FC Grivata:s Thomas Sørensen showed great skill when he stopped Mustafa Erhard:s penalty. Thomas Sørensen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Bela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute of the match, Slavey Kozovski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silas de Andrade saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. FC Grivata's Thomas Sørensen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oodo Rosin in the 89th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oodo Rosin in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Sørensen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Los Hornos booed when FC Grivata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slavey Kozovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 98th minute, Mustafa Erhard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Hornos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
