After a defensive mix-up in BYDGOSTIA's zone, Benedykt Lanczak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbyszko Leper came out of the goal and Benedykt Lanczak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benedykt Lanczak took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbyszko Leper. Zbyszko Leper dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 10th minute, Benedykt Lanczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 14th minute Olgierd Kowalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Onur-Recep Kıvrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikayıl Malişov to maneuver through the defense. Zbyszko Leper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Lanczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 28 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Lanczak came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszko Leper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedykt Lanczak in the 30th minute of the match. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by BYDGOSTIA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mikayıl Malişov was slow to take the kick. During this time Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's players had a chance to rest. Florentino Greatwich was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With an all-out effort, BYDGOSTIA's Onur-Recep Kıvrak threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yu Ran Fan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Benedykt Lanczak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zbyszko Leper was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Benedykt Lanczak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbyszko Leper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benedykt Lanczak to make the kick off. If Benedykt Lanczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Benedykt Lanczak in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BYDGOSTIA's goalie prevented a goal. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mikayıl Malişov in the 55th minute. A nice corner shot did that Mikayıl Malişov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zbyszko Leper quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nicklas Lindström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute Benedykt Lanczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Leper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Onur-Recep Kıvrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgierd Kowalski in the 59th minute of play. In the 66thth minute of the game Benedykt Lanczak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ made a substitution. Yağız Macit replaced Anastasio Jurdan. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Deng Jie Wei was substituted for Benedykt Lanczak. BYDGOSTIA made a substitution. Fabio-Roman Cannavaro replaced Tytus Paprotny. BYDGOSTIA's Emil Piesciuk was substituted for Mariusz Warka. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ made a substitution. Einar Hedström replaced Mikayıl Malişov. When Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Deng Jie Wei in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Onur-Recep Kıvrak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After some careless play in the BYDGOSTIA defense, Deng Jie Wei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbyszko Leper. The BYDGOSTIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbyszko Leper should have stopped the shot. In the 84thth minute of the game Deng Jie Wei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zbyszko Leper made an important save on a dangerous shot by Einar Hedström in the 87th minute. Deng Jie Wei took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbyszko Leper. Zbyszko Leper dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicklas Lindström in the 93rd minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Onur-Recep Kıvrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladislav Sarafov hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Deng Jie Wei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's supporters rose to their feet, but Deng Jie Wei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbyszko Leper breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
