In the 10th minute Svanmundur Magnason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloísio Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute Dam Reykjavík were awarded a corner. Neisti Leifsson went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Dam Reykjavík's corner Neisti Leifsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aloísio Perez quite easily take care of the ball. In the 13th minute, E.C Stadander City 1965's Luiz Gustavo Sena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vöggur Ólafsson. Vöggur Ólafsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Dam Reykjavík:s Vöggur Ólafsson showed great skill when he stopped Francisco Veloso:s penalty. Francisco Veloso did an outstanding performance 18 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 3-0 to the right of an irritated Vöggur Ólafsson in the goal. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dam Reykjavík's goalkeeper Vöggur Ólafsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. E.C Stadander City 1965's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Francisco Veloso in the 22nd minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Carlos da Costa advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-0 in the 22nd minute. E.C Stadander City 1965 were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Dam Reykjavík's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Francisco Veloso took the corner. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dam Reykjavík reached it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Gustavo Sena to strike the kick off in the second half. Luiz Gustavo Sena ran back to his position shaking his head. E.C Stadander City 1965's Hilario Montel was substituted for Josué Baiano. In the 82nd minute, Luiz Gustavo Sena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, E.C Stadander City 1965's 肖青轩 got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Vöggur Ólafsson came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by E.C Stadander City 1965's Luiz Gustavo Sena. But to his dismay, Luiz Gustavo Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. E.C Stadander City 1965 had played much better football throughout.
