Kamarudin Simatupang showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match Sahala Maranatha climbed in front of goal and pressed up 2-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Adam Kolba. Fathoni Birowo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaw Glembin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sahala Maranatha's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Adam Kolba skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fathoni Birowo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wit Walentowicz in the 20th minute of play. Sophan Cundaya hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. PHOENIX SC's Fathoni Birowo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Opat in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, PHOENIX SC's Kamarudin Simatupang nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adam Kolba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Sahala Maranatha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Adam Kolba made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Miromir Lato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Holin Probohudono ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adam Kolba was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 34th minute, Holin Probohudono left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PHOENIX SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. With an all-out effort, PHOENIX SC's Adam Kolba threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kamarudin Simatupang, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. KaGieHaeMy's Adam Kolba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sahala Maranatha in the 44th minute of play. KaGieHaeMy's Adam Kolba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save KaGieHaeMy from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kamarudin Simatupang made a kick off. Sahala Maranatha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Adam Kolba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adam Kolba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sahala Maranatha in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by PHOENIX SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gustaw Glembin was slow to take the kick. During this time KaGieHaeMy's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on KaGieHaeMy's corner Gustaw Glembin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fathoni Birowo quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of PHOENIX SC booed when KaGieHaeMy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wit Walentowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Kamarudin Simatupang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Kolba. KaGieHaeMy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kamarudin Simatupang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. The audience was convinced that Kamarudin Simatupang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adam Kolba was relentless in the 88th minute of the game.
