Jovens Democratas MZC's Manoel Neuer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Jovens Democratas MZC from getting a goal against them. ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Jovens Democratas MZC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roman Wojton took the corner. Emirhan İzzet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval de Queirós in the 28th minute of play. Buğra Zoral hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's Dobromir Zagrodny broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Özgür İdrisoğlu came free, but Manoel Neuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's goal looked a bit too open when Durval de Queirós came free, but Emirhan İzzet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emirhan İzzet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dobromir Zagrodny, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xu Li Sang was the one to do the kick off. Emirhan İzzet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dobromir Zagrodny, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute of the match, Xu Li Sang got a very nice opportunity to score, but Emirhan İzzet was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Robert Budrewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manoel Neuer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jovens Democratas MZC's Durval de Queirós slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emirhan İzzet. That made the score 0-2 after 57 minutes of play. Emirhan İzzet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Durval de Queirós in the 67th minute. ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Benjamin Souza was substituted for Rüknettin Aysan. Jovens Democratas MZC's Marco van Basten was substituted for Xu Li Sang. Jovens Democratas MZC's Elder Tavares was substituted for Durval de Queirós. ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ made a substitution.
