After 8 played minutes Real Madryt got a freekick which was hit by Kostyantyn Bidnyj. Sandrinho Cabral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gurdurão's César Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Kushka in the 12th minute of play. Humberto Catarinense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Ostap Barylko made a huge save. 24 minutes into the game, Anton Kushka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. César Quirino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ostap Barylko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandinho Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anton Kushka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without César Quirino having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Gurdurão's Hudson Paraense got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Magno Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Magno Bertassi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gurdurão's supporters rose to their feet, but Magno Bertassi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ostap Barylko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Gennadiy Datsenko made the kick off in the second half. When Fernandinho Cruz came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Gurdurão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernandinho Cruz couldn't finish the play. When Gurdurão's Fernandinho Cruz in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Madryt's goalie prevented a goal. César Quirino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anton Kushka went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, Anton Kushka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute Gurdurão were awarded a corner. Dalmo Santos went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Humberto Catarinense drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind Real Madryt's goalkeeper. The audience was convinced that Dalmo Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ostap Barylko was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 83 minutes, Denys Tytarchuk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Madryt and the Gurdurão players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kostyantyn Bidnyj hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Fernandinho Cruz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ostap Barylko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gurdurão's Dalmo Santos got a free kick in the 95th minute. Gennadiy Datsenko struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. César Quirino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Madryt. Although Gurdurão had been in control for most of the match, Real Madryt still came away with the win.
