Abelardo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Leheren, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Bairoletto FC's Rolando Asur got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. But to his dismay, Placido Maties quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafa Bueno in the 85th minute of play forced Bairoletto FC's goalkeeper Pascual Demario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th match minute, Tamboril was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafa Bueno to maneuver through the defense. If Domingo Roderigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
