Valdomiro Garcia started the match with the kick off. Ren Feng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafim Filippov in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Diniz saved Tamboril from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rupert McClure in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oliver Kann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the match, WWW LENINGRAD's goal looked a bit too open when Rafa Bueno came free, but Oliver Kann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15thth minute of the game Rafa Bueno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but WWW LENINGRAD's Oliver Kann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Filipp Abdullin managed to get in a good position for a shot. WWW LENINGRAD's supporters rose to their feet, but Filipp Abdullin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Diniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the match, Rupert McClure had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oliver Kann. WWW LENINGRAD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rupert McClure was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Valdomiro Garcia took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oliver Kann. Oliver Kann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Valdomiro Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Kann having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Filipp Abdullin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute Rupert McClure shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Kann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rupert McClure struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Oliver Kann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tamboril. Rupert McClure received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Oliver Kann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind WWW LENINGRAD's goalkeeper Oliver Kann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Tamboril were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Filipp Abdullin might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abelardo Diniz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filipp Abdullin ran back to his position shaking his head. Rupert McClure's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliver Kann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Ren Feng mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the WWW LENINGRAD and the Tamboril players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tamboril booed when WWW LENINGRAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ren Feng didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind WWW LENINGRAD's goalkeeper Oliver Kann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oliver Kann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rupert McClure in the 69th minute of the match. After 73 played minutes Tamboril got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Cardozo. Pedro Augusto Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Oliver Kann came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Tamboril's Valdomiro Garcia. But to his dismay, Valdomiro Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 91 minutes into the game, Gleb Zheglov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. WWW LENINGRAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tamboril the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Gleb Zheglov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 93 minutes, Frederico Leme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tamboril's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frederico Leme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Valdomiro Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tamboril's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdomiro Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oliver Kann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tamboril's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
