After 15 played minutes Nibiru X got a freekick which was hit by Tobías Aliaga. Darío Friederichs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martins Palermo in the 15th minute of play. Emiliano Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro De Gavardo in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Martins Palermo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Darío Friederichs was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Emiliano Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Osorio in the 23rd minute of play. Tobías Aliaga made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jose Rojas. In the 27th minute Martins Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darío Friederichs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fecha Libre's Martins Palermo in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidro De Gavardo made a kick off. The corner led Fecha Libre's Gavino Hodei to fire away a dangerous shot which Darío Friederichs despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nibiru X's Fabio Caviedes was substituted for Dario Osorio. Nibiru X made a substitution. Diego Armando Faine replaced Isidro De Gavardo. Nibiru X made a substitution. After 90 minutes of play, Nibiru X's Fabio Caviedes made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Martínez was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the match, Fecha Libre's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Caviedes came free, but Emiliano Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nibiru X's Fabio Caviedes in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Nibiru X's Fabio Caviedes managed to work through Fecha Libre's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Fabio Caviedes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nibiru X had won after a very even match.
