In the 89th minute of the game Roni De Pauw made a throw-in which Calvin Bessone played forward. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lyons's goalkeeper Luisito Quinten, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Osvaldo Frutos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luisito Quinten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Frutos notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Lyons's Luisito Quinten. Luisito Quinten was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
