Efrain Ritchie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgil Cumpan in the 6th minute of play. Club Atletico Chusca's Efrain Ritchie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionuț Petrea in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Virgil Cumpan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Efrain Ritchie. Club Atletico Chusca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Virgil Cumpan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Chusca's goal looked a bit too open when Nae Amuguroancei came free, but Efrain Ritchie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Leon Salomone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Chusca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely the free kick. Leon Salomone hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costel Vieru in the 21st minute of play forced Club Atletico Chusca's goalkeeper Efrain Ritchie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nae Amuguroancei charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nae Amuguroancei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Nae Amuguroancei got a free kick in the 24th minute. Efrain Ritchie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgil Cumpan in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Nae Amuguroancei made a precise shot to the right of Efrain Ritchie. Club Atletico Chusca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Efrain Ritchie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Virgil Cumpan went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. When Ionuț Petrea came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionuț Petrea couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Chusca's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Cumpan came free, but Efrain Ritchie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Ireno charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Ireno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-6.

53 minutes into the game, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Ionuț Petrea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Efrain Ritchie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. In the 55th minute, Leonardo Millrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Nae Amuguroancei slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Efrain Ritchie. That made the score 1-8 after 56 minutes of play. Virgil Cumpan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Efrain Ritchie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Chusca defense, Virgil Cumpan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Efrain Ritchie. The Club Atletico Chusca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Efrain Ritchie should have stopped the shot. After 66 minutes of play, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Ionuț Petrea made it 1-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Efrain Ritchie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nae Amuguroancei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Efrain Ritchie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Cumpan in the 70th minute of the match. The Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-11. In the 76th match minute, Club Atletico Chusca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Hernandez to maneuver through the defense. Virgil Cumpan succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-13. 92 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Chusca's goalkeeper Efrain Ritchie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgil Cumpan. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
