Arnulfo Eguntsenti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wang Cheng having to make a save. 16 minutes into the match, Sandungueo's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Nyqvist came free, but Narciso Martino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Higinio Cibran almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng did a great save. 24 minutes into the game, Honorio Millan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gärsnäs BF's Richard Västerberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Drake in the 26th minute of play forced Sandungueo's goalkeeper Narciso Martino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Martino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Drake in the 32nd minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Sandungueo's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Drake came free, but Narciso Martino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnulfo Eguntsenti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Narciso Martino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Narciso Martino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Nyqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Higinio Cibran kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Higinio Cibran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bo Drake received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Narciso Martino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
