With a little luck, TAVHIK FC's Mannuel Lambarrie got control of the ball when Chico Cavalcante tried to sneak it across the goal line. Héctor Astete lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Nada Pontual F.C booed when TAVHIK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Héctor Astete didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Francisco Martins to strike the kick off in the second half. TAVHIK FC's Nastasio Mutis got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Nastasio Mutis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. In the 98th match minute, TAVHIK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Manuel Berguño to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nada Pontual F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while TAVHIK FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
