The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Godoy in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brandon Brunet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 10 minutes, Miguel Godoy made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. TIGER's Brandon Brunet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Till Maier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, Sokol Mudrov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Miguel Godoy put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Brandon Brunet. After a rather tough play, TIGER's Till Maier got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, TIGER's goalkeeper Brandon Brunet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Candido Joseph. 41 minutes into the match, Candido Joseph notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of TIGER's Brandon Brunet. Brandon Brunet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, TIGER's Dennis Pöck got a free kick in the 44th minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Abel Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1989 Blxsk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rainer Dworakowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Candido Joseph sped through TIGER's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Brandon Brunet. Brandon Brunet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Marquez in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Candido Joseph shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brandon Brunet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
