In the 6th minute Miguel Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Bucket saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Godoy in the 8th minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Charlie Bucket to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, 1989 Blxsk's goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Barral came free, but Unai Simon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12thth minute of the game Miguel Godoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Miguel Godoy sped through Brooklyn SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Charlie Bucket. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Godoy in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charlie Bucket saved Brooklyn SC from getting behind. Charlie Bucket showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Charlie Bucket showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Godoy in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Godoy in the 27th minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Charlie Bucket to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unai Simon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráuzio Barral in the 29th minute of the match. With a little luck, 1989 Blxsk's Unai Simon got control of the ball when Julio Hess tried to sneak it across the goal line. Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Godoy in the 36th minute of play. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Miguel Godoy sped through Brooklyn SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Charlie Bucket. 44 minutes into the game, Julio Hess was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brooklyn SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 1989 Blxsk the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Brooklyn SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Hess to maneuver through the defense. Desiderio Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dráuzio Barral made a kick off. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
