Sven-Edvin Lundström hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Sofiane Charradi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes into the match, Aurel Gorunescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ingmar Hellström, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Lundqvist in the 18th minute of play forced ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goalkeeper Iosif Foltea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Sofiane Charradi got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sofiane Charradi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iosif Foltea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Ingmar Hellström got control of the ball when Leontin Cotoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iosif Foltea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helge Lundqvist in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute of the match, Aurel Gorunescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ingmar Hellström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Iosif Foltea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Helge Lundqvist's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. When Conny Granberg fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's protests and gave Conny Granberg a yellow card for diving instead. 55 minutes into the game, Aurel Gorunescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ingmar Hellström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iosif Foltea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Helge Lundqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 58 minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Brahim Charradi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 the free kick. In the 61st minute, Brahim Charradi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Tiberiu Zburlea got a free kick in the 64th minute. Filip Chițu's late challenge caught a Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filip Chițu helped the player get up and apologised. But to his dismay, Aurel Gorunescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Brahim Charradi kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
