In the 4th minute, Mané Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the match, Atlético Nacional's goalkeeper Wilfredo Berriotxoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reimond Reddington. Ronaldinho Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Johans, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Alfredo de Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Wilfredo Berriotxoa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reimond Reddington showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Reimond Reddington took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Berriotxoa. Wilfredo Berriotxoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Reimond Reddington sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilfredo Berriotxoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reimond Reddington in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute Reimond Reddington shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Berriotxoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldinho Novaes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerardo Pirmin went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Goth Cloudy Experience's Alfredo de Senna got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 42nd match minute, Goth Cloudy Experience was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Gerardo Pirmin might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronaldinho Novaes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerardo Pirmin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th minute Gerardo Pirmin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldinho Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reimond Reddington in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Berriotxoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Reimond Reddington made the kick off in the second half. After 58 played minutes Goth Cloudy Experience got a freekick which was hit by Reimond Reddington. In the 65th minute, Nemesio Damario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Goth Cloudy Experience's Ronaldinho Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Rudolfo in the 70th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Goth Cloudy Experience was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Goth Cloudy Experience's goalkeeper Ronaldinho Novaes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cleto Efren. Atlético Nacional's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Celestino Rudolfo in the 86th minute. The corner ended in Celestino Rudolfo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Goth Cloudy Experience's Ronaldinho Novaes did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alonzo Rocendo got free with Ronaldinho Novaes in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustavo Albella charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Albella the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd minute, Gustavo Albella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Many of Atlético Nacional's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Atlético Nacional may have spent more time on the ball, but Goth Cloudy Experience were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
