Harley Grossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Juan Pedro Owen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CRUZ DEL SUR's Juan Pedro Owen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moritz Flück in the 20th minute of play. Aaron Zamorano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eike Pollastrini having to interfere. Juan Pedro Owen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainier Salaar in the 29th minute of the match. The corner ended in Aaron Zamorano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ämmer Sportfreaks's Eike Pollastrini did a great save. Hercules Wenzel's late challenge caught a CRUZ DEL SUR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hercules Wenzel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Hercules Wenzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Pedro Owen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harley Grossi in the 37th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rainier Salaar in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Pedro Owen saved CRUZ DEL SUR from getting behind. Juan Pedro Owen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danny Trüssel in the 39th minute of the match. Ferrán Casas's late challenge caught a Ämmer Sportfreaks's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferrán Casas helped the player get up and apologised.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Pedro Owen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Moritz Flück came free, but Juan Pedro Owen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Pedro Owen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rainier Salaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Juan Pedro Owen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainier Salaar in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ämmer Sportfreaks fans cheered their team off the field, for while CRUZ DEL SUR had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
