Mick Burnham came out and tried to block the shot, but Serafin Igon slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 7th minute. If Pablo Rufio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Niceto Flor took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Mick Burnham to make any attempt to save it. 14 minutes into the match, Bristol Totterdown AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Victoro came free, but Mick Burnham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bristol Totterdown AFC were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Piquirenda FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Graeme Dunn took the corner. Mick Burnham didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pablo Rufio went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bradley McCormick during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bristol Totterdown AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piquirenda FC the free kick. That made the score 7-0 in the 40 minute of play. Bristol Totterdown AFC's Mick Burnham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Emeterio in the 43rd minute of play. Mick Burnham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Victoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 47th play minute Serafin Igon came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mick Burnham. 8-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Drew Flemming stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pablo Rufio scored 9-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mick Burnham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd match minute, Bristol Totterdown AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keanu Harrington to maneuver through the defense. Mick Burnham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Igon in the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Leonides Victoro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mick Burnham was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. A collision led to Piquirenda FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Leonides Victoro hit a great ball. Mick Burnham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Rufio in the 90th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafin Igon couldn't finish the play. Leonides Victoro scored 15-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mick Burnham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Piquirenda FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
