Alexander Tan started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the 苏州觅香足球俱乐部 defense, Isidro Lángara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Afiq Hongyi. The 苏州觅香足球俱乐部 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Afiq Hongyi should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Szajk LC booed when 苏州觅香足球俱乐部 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Hock didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afiq Hongyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miklós Bogdán in the 10th minute of the match. 苏州觅香足球俱乐部's Afiq Hongyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siniša Mihajlović in the 13th minute of play. Afiq Hongyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miklós Bogdán in the 14th minute of play. Afiq Hongyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miklós Bogdán, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Isidro Lángara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiq Hongyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afiq Hongyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miklós Bogdán in the 20th minute of the match. Afiq Hongyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miklós Bogdán, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Afiq Hongyi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miklós Bogdán went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 27 minutes into the match, Siniša Mihajlović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Afiq Hongyi. 苏州觅香足球俱乐部's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Siniša Mihajlović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Afiq Hongyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Lángara, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Obi Neba in the 31st minute of play forced 苏州觅香足球俱乐部's goalkeeper Afiq Hongyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jithu Nagasaki came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the 苏州觅香足球俱乐部 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jithu Nagasaki couldn't finish the play. 苏州觅香足球俱乐部's Afiq Hongyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dávid Benkó in the 34th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Isidro Lángara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Afiq Hongyi. 苏州觅香足球俱乐部's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidro Lángara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Afiq Hongyi came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Szajk LC's Miklós Bogdán. But to his dismay, Miklós Bogdán quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Afiq Hongyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Lángara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidro Lángara to strike the kick off in the second half. Özdemir Babayiğit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Tan in the 51st minute of the match. 52 minutes into the match, 苏州觅香足球俱乐部's goal looked a bit too open when Siniša Mihajlović came free, but Afiq Hongyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afiq Hongyi made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Siniša Mihajlović sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute, Roland Gergely hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the game, Miklós Bogdán recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Afiq Hongyi. Miklós Bogdán showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. In the 67th minute of the match, Isidro Lángara got a very nice opportunity to score, but Afiq Hongyi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With an all-out effort, Szajk LC's Afiq Hongyi threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miklós Bogdán, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 70 minutes into the match, 苏州觅香足球俱乐部's goalkeeper Afiq Hongyi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aladár Bodrogi. Afiq Hongyi was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Miklós Bogdán capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miklós Bogdán really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. Miklós Bogdán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Miklós Bogdán managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szajk LC's supporters rose to their feet, but Miklós Bogdán was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afiq Hongyi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Afiq Hongyi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidro Lángara's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Afiq Hongyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miklós Bogdán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, 苏州觅香足球俱乐部's goalkeeper Afiq Hongyi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Lángara. Afiq Hongyi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Obi Neba in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Dániel Szegh kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Afiq Hongyi. That made the score 0-11 in the 94 minute of play. The 苏州觅香足球俱乐部 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Szajk LC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
