The tension between the Scorpions -MM- and the Holmkjar Hotspurs players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinand Chirculescu to maneuver through the defense. Iurie Cocoș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oluf Ankerbøl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tonni Dong in the 16th minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Iurie Cocoș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loui Bargmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iurie Cocoș having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Scorpions -MM-'s zone, Oluf Ankerbøl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iurie Cocoș came out of the goal and Oluf Ankerbøl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reinhardt Vittenbach kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Iurie Cocoș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oluf Ankerbøl in the 30th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Costel Ţintă in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egil Sølve saved Holmkjar Hotspurs from getting behind. When Samuel Berghagen fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holmkjar Hotspurs's protests and gave Samuel Berghagen a yellow card for diving instead. Samuel Berghagen hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Costel Ţintă was the one to do the kick off. Radomir Zieba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Egil Sølve having to make a save. In the 59th minute Dan Tinu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Sølve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Dorinel Munteanu hit a great ball. When Scorpions -MM-'s Costel Ţintă in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Luca Modrić hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Tonni Dong got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Chirculescu in the 74th minute of play. Costel Ţintă kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Iurie Cocoș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonni Dong in the 80th minute of the match. Iurie Cocoș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Scorpions -MM- fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Holmkjar Hotspurs were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
