Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Natalio Ralondo started the match with the kick off. If Phil Panther had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zak Walls took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Romano. Angelo Romano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 29th minute, Felix Mitchell-King ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Romano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Phil Panther scored 0-4 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelo Romano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Mercado Paulista F.C's David Fraco got a free kick in the 41st minute. When Rory Weatherhead came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Barr Point fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rory Weatherhead couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Natalio Ralondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mercado Paulista F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Natalio Ralondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Billy Metcalf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Natalio Ralondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Barr Point were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zak Walls made a kick off. Armando Sidoro kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, Barr Point was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rory Weatherhead to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natalio Ralondo in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Billy Metcalf saved Barr Point from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Barr Point's zone, Natalio Ralondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Billy Metcalf came out of the goal and Natalio Ralondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Zak Walls had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes Barr Point got a freekick which was hit by Phil Panther. Rory Weatherhead succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 66th playminute. In the 74th minute, Rory Weatherhead got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sammy Faulkner during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Barr Point's Sammy Faulkner got a free kick in the 81st minute. 81 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's Natalio Ralondo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Billy Metcalf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rory Weatherhead fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Romano having to interfere. Billy Metcalf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Ralondo in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goalkeeper Angelo Romano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rory Weatherhead. When Natalio Ralondo came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Mercado Paulista F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natalio Ralondo couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Barr Point left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mercado Paulista F.C.
