Juninho Pernambucano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Hubert Villa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 62nd minute Gigi Filip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benji Price saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avram Petrin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Bogdan Gherasim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Edgard Quintun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benji Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Gherasim, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Newpi Academy's Jeremias Cuartio got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Bogdan Gherasim shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benji Price showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
