In the 5th minute, Aron Serena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Larsson hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Mario gool's attentive Damazy Ziemniak managed to snatch the ball when Dalton Block made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. Corder Kiel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barnaba Zacharek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mario gool's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Corder Kiel was slow to take the kick. During this time AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Corder Kiel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mario gool's Barnaba Zacharek did a great save. Barnaba Zacharek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corder Kiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Corder Kiel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barnaba Zacharek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Corder Kiel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barnaba Zacharek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience was convinced that Tanek Chojnacki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Quinnell was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. In the 39th minute Corder Kiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barnaba Zacharek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Mario gool's Borys Falkiewicz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alexander Quinnell. That made the score 1-2 after 45 minutes of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tanek Chojnacki to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corder Kiel in the 54th minute of play forced Mario gool's goalkeeper Barnaba Zacharek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Corder Kiel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Corder Kiel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Barnaba Zacharek, 1-3. When Corder Kiel came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corder Kiel couldn't finish the play. Barnaba Zacharek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corder Kiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Barnaba Zacharek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corder Kiel in the 92nd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Mario gool's Borys Falkiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Quinnell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Chants of AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Mario gool had held the ball for most of the match.
