Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leontin Iacobescu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jesus Gentza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Vlad Anghel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liviu Ciolacu kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Jesus Carlomagno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leontin Iacobescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristinel Bocaneț during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Cristinel Bocaneț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute of the match C. S. D. Pueyrredón got a corner. MIT's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nestor Luken ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Jesus Gentza managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. S. D. Pueyrredón's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesus Gentza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vlad Anghel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Gentza in the 33rd minute of play forced MIT's goalkeeper Vlad Anghel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by MIT's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nestor Luken was slow to take the kick. During this time C. S. D. Pueyrredón's players had a chance to rest. Nestor Luken made a great header on C. S. D. Pueyrredón's corner, it was just that MIT's Vlad Anghel managed to reach the ball for a save. Leontin Iacobescu took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jesus Carlomagno. Jesus Carlomagno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Jesus Carlomagno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristinel Bocaneț in the 39th minute of play. Niceto Izotz hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the match, MIT's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Gentza came free, but Vlad Anghel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The supporters of C. S. D. Pueyrredón booed when MIT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabin Eniceicu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusebio Hodei during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 played minutes C. S. D. Pueyrredón got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Hodei. After 61 minutes of play, MIT's Cristinel Bocaneț made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jesus Carlomagno was left in no man's land by his defense there! The corner led C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Gilberto Lizar to fire away a dangerous shot which Vlad Anghel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of C. S. D. Pueyrredón booed when MIT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristinel Bocaneț didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesus Gentza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Vlad Anghel made a huge save. Jesus Gentza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vlad Anghel having to make a save. MIT's Vlad Anghel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Gentza in the 73rd minute of play. After 76 played minutes C. S. D. Pueyrredón got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Luken. Jesus Gentza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Anghel having to interfere. C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Damian Hats managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sabin Eniceicu in the 88 minute of the game. Jesus Gentza might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vlad Anghel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jesus Gentza ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of MIT booed when C. S. D. Pueyrredón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Izotz didn't get a good kick on the ball.
