Robustiano Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the game, Candido Ekialde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cadáveres Voladores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ the free kick. After 17 played minutes Cadáveres Voladores got a freekick which was hit by Candido Ekialde. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Pascual Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Ourente in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jonathan Bernal hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Fulgencio Txanton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raul Gasteiz hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Dario Harkaitz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rolando Rexino. Cadáveres Voladores's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 29th minute, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Carlos Gamus seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Carlos Gamus the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Carlos Gamus had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆! After a defensive mix-up in ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s zone, Pablo Bilintx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascual Virila came out of the goal and Pablo Bilintx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolando Rexino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Txanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dario Harkaitz in the 36th minute. Jonathan Bernal took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Rexino. Rolando Rexino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Rolando Rexino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Bernal in the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

60 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Ourente came free, but Pascual Virila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Ourente in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pascual Virila saved ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ from getting behind. Rolando Rexino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Bernal in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Harkaitz in the 65th minute of play forced Cadáveres Voladores's goalkeeper Rolando Rexino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascual Virila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Pacho in the 78th minute of the match. Pascual Virila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Pacho, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute.
