The supporters of ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ booed when Underdogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Zacharzewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernst Cakir got free with Teobald Winszman in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernd Heid in the 10th minute of play forced Underdogs's goalkeeper Teobald Winszman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Bernd Heid recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teobald Winszman. Bernd Heid showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Herbert Good took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wincent Sakowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Dominik Ritter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teobald Winszman. Underdogs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominik Ritter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Julien Marxer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teobald Winszman. That made the score 4-0 in the 22 minute of play. After some careless play in the Underdogs defense, Julien Marxer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teobald Winszman. The Underdogs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teobald Winszman should have stopped the shot. Herbert Good showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Sakowicz in the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rd match minute, Underdogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyryl Piekarczyk to maneuver through the defense. Julien Marxer scored 6-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teobald Winszman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ were awarded a corner. Eddy Moser went to the cornerflag to take it. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Eddy Moser was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Teobald Winszman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 43rd minute, Adam Pollakowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teobald Winszman was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. When ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Julien Marxer in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Underdogs's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wincent Sakowicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ got a freekick which was hit by Dominik Ritter. If Bernd Heid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 minutes, Julien Marxer made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Underdogs's Teobald Winszman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Bernd Heid cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Teobald Winszman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teobald Winszman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Cakir, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Alfred Zacharzewski hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After having played for 78 minutes, Dominik Ritter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominik Ritter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Sakowicz came free, but Herbert Good reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teobald Winszman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernst Cakir went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute, Mirko Brülisauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Underdogs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eddy Moser took the corner. After 95 played minutes Underdogs got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Zacharzewski. During the 96th minute of the match Alfred Zacharzewski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alfred Zacharzewski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Alfred Zacharzewski hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ fully deserved thier win.
