After 10 minutes, Edmond Mason mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lord of the Wings and the FK TEPLICE STARS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Lord of the Wings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmond Mason to maneuver through the defense. Ctirad Šilhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tam Clerk, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Tam Clerk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ctirad Šilhan made a huge save. Martin Koky charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Koky the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Martin Koky kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Tam Clerk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Ctirad Šilhan made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Tam Clerk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ctirad Šilhan was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Božetěch Krákora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Alisdair Ferries tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's Tam Clerk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ctirad Šilhan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 37 minutes, Florian Antl made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lord of the Wings's Alisdair Ferries tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Božetěch Krákora's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alisdair Ferries read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After the first half FK TEPLICE STARS were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tam Clerk made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Lord of the Wings got a freekick which was hit by Finlay Falconer. Florian Antl's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Alisdair Ferries skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ctirad Šilhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finlay Falconer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Lord of the Wings's corner Edmond Mason fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ctirad Šilhan quite easily take care of the ball. Tam Clerk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tam Clerk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Finlay Falconer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ctirad Šilhan was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 83rdth minute of the game Tam Clerk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK TEPLICE STARS's Ctirad Šilhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, FK TEPLICE STARS's Jiří Mertlík got a free kick in the 86th minute. Edmond Mason, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Ladislav Bernard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fergus Clement hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. FK TEPLICE STARS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
