But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marsel Pečjak couldn't finish the play. After having played for 12 minutes, Szymon Wachna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dom Spokojnej Młodości's supporters crossed their fingers, but Szymon Wachna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgar Basaik who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Ivek Majstorović when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, Dom Spokojnej Młodości's goal looked a bit too open when Marsel Pečjak came free, but Moises Orlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Julien Anderle made a precise shot to the right of Moises Orlin. Dom Spokojnej Młodości's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Fajteri getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Julien Anderle hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fajteri's zone, Edgar Basaik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivek Majstorović came out of the goal and Edgar Basaik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Fajteri's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Basaik came free, but Ivek Majstorović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Szymon Wachna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivek Majstorović. Szymon Wachna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 35th minute of the match, Edgar Basaik got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ivek Majstorović was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Szczepan Furgat kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Ivek Majstorović didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgar Basaik went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Szymon Wachna to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Edgar Basaik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivek Majstorović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Basaik kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Moises Orlin made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Orlando Kutnjak sent off a good shot on target. Ivek Majstorović didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Napoleon Pusiak went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Dom Spokojnej Młodości booed when Fajteri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francelj Kunstič didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 74 minutes into the game, when Francelj Kunstič put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Fajteri's Francelj Kunstič got a free kick in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Dom Spokojnej Młodości's Gabi Naze sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivek Majstorović narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ivek Majstorović was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stašo Šiler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Moises Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivek Majstorović came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Dom Spokojnej Młodości's Szymon Wachna. But to his dismay, Szymon Wachna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1.
