Salim Adas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Obiajulu Head, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Urtungo in the 26th minute of play forced KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's goalkeeper Babayaro Brzęczyszczykiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Obiajulu Head who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Salim Adas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Severino Vargas made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fulgencio Lalla immediately put the ball in play.

After having played for 88 minutes, Obiajulu Head managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's supporters crossed their fingers, but Obiajulu Head was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's zone, Romeo Urtungo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Babayaro Brzęczyszczykiewicz came out of the goal and Romeo Urtungo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zygmunt Zielonka hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. De Boedo Vengo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
