Dalens Darlings's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 袁海亮 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Jörgen Strömberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalens Darlings's Ingmar Danielsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 袁海亮 in the 46th minute of play.

Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
