Ingemar Gummeson struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Tony do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Syrianska FF. With an all-out effort, Syrianska FF's Tony do Vale threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Viktor Apelqvist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tony do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Gummeson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Nils-Åke Svensson made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 23rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Tony do Vale would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Vicente Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Tony do Vale successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A sloppy throw-in by Viktor Apelqvist in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Società Sport Osasco's Frank Fontes. In the 33rd minute, Frank Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. August Giöck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Freitas in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to Syrianska FF getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Nils-Åke Svensson hit a great ball. When Vicente Pimenta fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Società Sport Osasco's protests and gave Vicente Pimenta a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes La Società Sport Osasco got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Pimenta. The supporters of Syrianska FF booed when La Società Sport Osasco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 50 minutes, Nils-Åke Svensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Syrianska FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Åke Svensson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredão Galvão stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Viktor Apelqvist took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony do Vale. Tony do Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Tony do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Ek, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, La Società Sport Osasco's Frank Fontes got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 67th minute, Alfredão Galvão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Syrianska FF fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Syrianska FF's Ingvar Ek looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alfredão Galvão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but August Giöck made a huge save. La Società Sport Osasco's Alan Freitas got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 85 minutes of play, Syrianska FF's Nils-Åke Svensson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tony do Vale was left in no man's land by his defense there! August Giöck made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Alfredão Galvão sent off a good shot on target. Tony do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Ek in the 95th minute of the match. When Alfredão Galvão came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the La Società Sport Osasco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredão Galvão couldn't finish the play. La Società Sport Osasco's Alfredão Galvão got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Syrianska FF had played much better football throughout.
