In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's goalkeeper Nicholas Ochavarri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 30 played minutes JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC got a freekick which was hit by Archibaldo Arria. A nice corner shot did that Hipolito Bidun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicholas Ochavarri quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Farid Mondragón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Del Piero in the 43rd minute of play. After having played for 45 minutes, Erubiel Egun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MILAN COLOMBIANO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Egun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erubiel Egun was the one to do the kick off. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Nicholas Ochavarri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Egun in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Ben Chepchumba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MILAN COLOMBIANO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC the free kick. In the 56th minute, Ben Chepchumba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farid Mondragón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Del Piero in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Erubiel Egun made a precise shot to the right of Nicholas Ochavarri. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Egun in the 69th minute of play forced JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's goalkeeper Nicholas Ochavarri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, MILAN COLOMBIANO's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Del Piero came free, but Farid Mondragón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MILAN COLOMBIANO's Abel Mirande was substituted for Ben Chepchumba. After 80 played minutes JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC got a freekick which was hit by Victoro Cangas. Andres Sidoro, 80 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nicholas Ochavarri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Egun in the 83rd minute of the match. The supporters of JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC booed when MILAN COLOMBIANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Egun didn't get a good kick on the ball. MILAN COLOMBIANO's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
